On March 8, 2023, Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed Act 237, known as the Arkansas LEARNS Act, into law. The Arkansas LEARNS Act is bold and comprehensive and will transform education in Arkansas.

The United States Senate Youth Program is pleased to announce that high school students Ms. Manvitha Narasimhan and Mr. Eric Tang will join Senator John Boozman and Senator Tom Cotton in representing Arkansas during the 64th annual USSYP Washington Week, to be held March 7-14, 2026.
